📦 Returns & Refunds

Q: What's your return policy?

A: Returns accepted within 30 days if:

  • Items are unused and in original packaging
  • Exclusions: underwear, swimwear, jewelry

Q: How to return an item?

  2. Select "Request Return"
  3. We email a prepaid return label
  4. Drop off at any carrier location

Note: For international returns, email support.

Q: When will I get a refund?

A: Within 5 business days after item receipt. Allow 1–14 days for bank processing.

Q: What if I receive a defective item?

Contact us within 48 hours with:

  2. Photos of the issue
